Do visions of sugarplums dance in your head? Aquanada designs and creates your dream jewelry drawing from our collection of genuine gemstones, Swarovski crystals, birthstones, cultured and freshwater pearls, lucky charms, gold, sterling silver and more—all to suit your personal taste.
Private commissions vary from person to person, and Aquanada understands this and will work with you at whatever level of input you want to have on your custom design. Our designer, Kirsten Ott, provides personal consultations with our customers via phone, email, instant messenger, fax and even in-person meetings if you're in the greater Atlanta area.
Once a design is agreed upon, a special item number will be assigned to you on our website for you to purchase your custom order. Once your payment method is authorized, your custom order will be processed. Custom orders can take up to 4 to 6 weeks to complete depending on quantity, but rush orders are accepted at a premium fee. Send an email to custom@aquanada.com to get started. Please include as much detail as you can about what you are visualizing, date desired, materials desired, the recipient (if this is a gift), your phone number, best time to reach you, your city and state, and your full name. Minimum order for custom orders is $100.

Longing for an item on our site, but wishing it could be longer, shorter, a different metal or stone? You're in luck. Aquanada gladly accepts special orders on standard items. These orders are considered custom, and the same policies for custom orders apply to special orders.

Custom-designed or special-order pieces will match the design you approve, including dimensions and types of materials. Stones and metals are subject to slight variations due to the nature of handcrafted jewelry that may include minor variations in the size and color of the piece. Any standard item that is customized (special sizing, adding stones/pearls, changing stones/pearls, etc.) and is provided as ordered is not returnable for a refund.
